How to Stage a House: A Room by Room Guide

  • When it comes to staging your house, it is important to create a neutral space that potential buyers can envision themselves living in.

  • For your kitchen try cost-effective updates like new cabinet hardware, painting walls, trim, and cabinets, clear your countertops and appliances, less is more, fresh flowers

  • For the dining room - Make sure your tables and chairs fit the scale of the space, then accessorize; you don’t need to set your table with your finest dishes.
